I have been in real estate for 11 years, providing exceptional service throughout Greater Columbia and all surrounding areas. I am proud to say that I easily connect with people from all walks of life. I feel that my attention to detail, especially when negotiating contracts for my buyers and sellers is my forte.

I apply my expertise and market knowledge to be able to assist first time home buyers with the loan assistance programs that are available to them. I also oversee and assist my new construction home buyers with upgrades, financing, and inspections decisions. I pride myself in providing market analysis information and solid strategy to my clients looking to sell their home, and I assist
current renters requesting the professional experience of the home buying process to find available property. In this regard, most renters that I interact with find that they can qualify for many mortgage loan programs.

My lender recommendations include loan officers that work very hard to help my clients move forward in the home buying process.
