I have an excellent impression of Annie as a real estate agent who genuinely puts clients first. I learned of Annie through a friend. I spoke with Annie by phone when I was already seriously considering apartments in a building about which I had previously learned (without a realtor). I was interested to learn from her about the different options and the nature of the apartment market, to decide whether to look into a couple more apartment options, or to select an apartment I had already considered. I mentioned to Annie where things stood at the start of our call. I was very much impressed that she was generous with her time and knowledge, even though it was far from likely I would be renting with her agency. This really displays a high level of kindness and caring. Annie thoughtfully and thoroughly answered my questions and really gave me a better understanding of the area apartment situation. She is definitely an expert, and what I learned from our call was very helpful when I made my decision (to take an apartment in a building I had already considered). I received the impression that Annie's top priority is helping clients find what is best for them. I will be recommending Annie to friends!

Annie did an excellent job managing a challenging timeline and some difficult external forces involved. It is a privilege to be able to say that no realtor I have worked with has EVER been more knowledgeable, more effective, more professional, more gracious, and all around just wonderful than Annie. Always available, with attention to detail and a solution for any issue. She has seamlessly worked with renters who were coming from other states as well as locals, and helped them, as well as me. The phrase I constantly heard from her was "Oh, I'll take care of that", no matter what it was! She is an agent with the well respected Compass company in Boston, and I was lucky to have had a colleague recommend her. I most enthusiastically recommend her to others!!!

Thank you Annie for your assistance in finding our daughter an apartment in Boston this past summer (2021). You were always so prompt in responding to emails and texts, and that timelessness was very helpful.

The listings you gave us were very responsive to the type and location of unit we were looking for, and you were able to set up times for us to look at units very quickly, yet within our time constraints. You were always on time for our meetings, and you provided helpful and thoughtful advice. We never felt pressured by you either. I would highly recommend you to anyone in need of realtor assistance. Your dependability, and responsiveness were much appreciated.
