I didn’t pursue Real Estate until I finally dove in a few years ago, but it’s been a passion for as long as I can remember. I spent over 20 years working in the high-tech industry before getting my Real estate license. I met lifelong friends and I traveled around the world for my former job, but Real Estate is where I wanted to be. I can sit here and tell you I have strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge and so forth, but one thing I want to share with you, the thing that is the most important tool I can provide you in your home sale or purchase is my passion. I didn’t get into the industry to make money. I got into the industry because I truly love it.

Annmarie was amazing from start to finish. I just came off of a bad experience with another realtor and Annmarie made the process so seamless. She was extremely attentive and her wealth of knowledge for the Dorchester area was amazing. She is the definition of a people person and will shoot you straight, you will not regret working with Annmarie O’Toole!

Working with Annmarie was such a pleasure! She was so knowledgeable and cared so much to go that extra mile for our family, if only everyone paid as much attention to details as she does this world would be a much better place! We love our new home !!! She made the experience of buying and selling seem effortless!! (which is very overwhelming to say the least in this market !!) I’m sure there were slot of things going on behind the scenes that she was taking care of but didn’t let it show.
