Born and raised in New Orleans, Ansley Seaver Marshall, JD has practiced real estate for over 10 years in the Greater New Orleans Area, while at the same time establishing the ‘Ansley Marshall Group,’ a multi-million-dollar top producing team of real estate agents specializing in luxury real estate sales, investment property, and staging. Over her real estate career, Ansley has been awarded many real estate awards for production and was listed in City Business’ Book of Lists of top 20 realtors in New Orleans. Gambit Magazine honored Ansley by naming her as one of the Top 3 Real Estate Agents in New Orleans, selected #2 in the city by Gambit readers. Before practicing real estate, Ansley graduated from the University of Alabama, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of Communications and Information Technology. Following college, Ansley attended law school on academic scholarship at Loyola University College of Law, finishing near the top of her law school class and earning a position in the Corporate & Securities section at Jones Walker, LLP, Louisiana’s largest law firm. At Jones Walker, Ansley participated in numerous multi-million and multi-billion-dollar transactions. Before beginning her career, Ansley lived in Paris where her interest in antiques, art, architecture & design flourished. These interests contribute daily to the consulting services she provides to her real estate clients. Today, Ansley lives Uptown with her husband, 2 daughters and their beloved pets. Ansley proudly volunteers for several charitable and philanthropic organizations.
