Anthea has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. In 2008, she was promoted to Director of Sales and moved into the position of Broker-In-Charge within 6 months. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of residential real estate sales, with a focus in the luxury market and high profile buyers and sellers. She has also handled short sales and foreclosures and everything in between!
In 2020, Anthea made history with her company at the time, as she handled the largest outbound referral to ever close with the company, a $15MM estate. In 2021, she beat her own record, with a $15.5MM outbound referral.
The only way Anthea does business is with integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all of her dealings. Anthea’s success has also been the result of her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, fast response, patient demeanor, and dedicated work ethic. She utilizes expert home staging, professional photography on all listings, helping her clients sell for top dollar with the least amount of time and hassle.
Before living in Texas, Anthea lived on the island of Kaua’i and worked as Broker-In-Charge of Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, as seen on HGTV’s show “Hawaii Life,” where she managed the agents of all 3 island offices. She is also the former broker-owner of Sierra Rock Realty Group in Northern California.
Anthea’s husband is a luxury home builder in the Dallas area and is a great resource for those wanting to engage in new construction or remodels.
Anthea and her husband live in McKinney and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She is an advocate of homeschooling, fitness and nutrition, and loves spending time with her two dogs.
