I had a great experience with Anthony. I had to moved apartments quick and he was able to get me a lot of choices under the categories that I was looking for. He is extremely professional and efficient. His website is very updated and user friendly. I am very happy on my new apartment now and if I need a Realtor on the future definitely I will contact him. Anthony is an absolute lifesaver. He made the process SO easy. He was very timely and if I couldn’t make it to see an apartment, he went for me and took pictures and videos. He’s extremely trustworthy and advocated for me to get the best deal in the best apartment for me. I absolutely love where I live and apartment hunting would’ve been terrible without him. If I have to move again in the future, I would without a doubt work with Anthony again. I recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home.

I usually dread moving because the process of finding an apartment is more painful than doing my own taxes. Plus real estate agents usually make the process worse - they're slow to respond and unsympathetic to my needs - but Anthony was fantastic. I reached out to him and he responded immediately, asking for my preferences, sending over listings for my roommate and me to review and organizing full afternoons of showings for us. He was there for every viewing and helped us through the entire rental process, from negotiating with the owner up to the final walkthrough. Plus, the whole time, my roommate and I were able to ask all the questions we had through WhatsApp, where he always answered promptly. Y'all. This man gets it! It's almost like he's a real human who understands how confusing and stressful moving can be! It's like he actually cares! Maybe real estate agents aren't so bad. Either way, I'm grateful for Anthony. I wouldn't be moving into a beautiful apartment that I couldn't be more excited about without him.

Working with Anthony exceeded my expectation! I was relocating from Tampa to Miami and needed to find a rental in a short amount of time. Anthony took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a rental property, as well as, the location I desired. I was able to view several properties in person that met my needs and Anthony also took the time to go see properties for me while I was still in Tampa. His knowledge of the area, efficiency with communication and determination to find the perfect place for me in a short timeline made the relocation process less stressful. It is not easy buying your first home. Especially as a single woman and a busy executive. However, Anthony was by my side every step of the way to make this process as stress free as possible. From our first meeting, he took the time to truly understand me as an individual, as well as my current and future housing needs. He then did indepth research to identify the best areas and properties that would be a perfect match. Using technology, Anthony shared the MLS listings he found with me through his mobile app and email. His choices were spot on. This removed the painstaking process of looking through the MLS for listings myself. Anthony also personally scouted the properties and areas to make sure they were the best fit for me. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. And even helped me to address situations that needed attention while I was traveling internationally a week before closing. His strong negotiation skills ensured I got the best price on my dream place within the time frame we discussed. Now I own a beautiful new construction home in Miami that will swiftly appreciate in value. Working with Anthony and VLRG Miami is the right choice.

Anthony is a rare gem in the realty world. He is extremely driven, excels in emotional intelligence, and works hard to understand his clients' needs. He is knowledgable of different neighborhood cultures, price points, and is extremely proactive when it comes to new listings. He got me an amazing place that completely exceeded my expectations. Coming from out of state and re-locating to Miami, he was able to get the job done (and under budget) in a month. ONE MONTH! It's nearly unheard of. His focus and dedication is truly inspiring. It was such a pleasure to work with Anthony of VLRG Miami.

Anthony was fast, professional and didn’t waste any time at all in our search to find my new place. I was in the process of relocating from outside of the country to Coral Gables for a new position and he managed nearly every single step remotely, simplifying and streamlining the entire process.

I flew into town for one day of viewings – he had done a ton of advance preparations. He took me to see seven units - all of which fit my requested criteria - and he was super patient with me when I wanted to scout out each area a bit, popping into local restaurants and gyms to get a feel for them (he ended up knowing people at two spots – so I knew then I was in good hands!)

At the end of it all, he managed to find me the perfect place, within my budget and walking distance to my new office. When the Board Members of the Condo Association in the building I choose refused to interview me remotely, he professionally advocated on my behalf – I really appreciated his efforts to try to get me into the unit as quickly as possible.

I trusted that Anthony was always looking out for my best interest and he went above and beyond to help. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

When life was giving me lemons, Anthony was right there with me making lemonade. He understood my immediate need to find a place.

Prior to discovering Anthony, there were several realtors who just simply didn't give me the type of service I needed. Anthony was quick in providing me a list of options, found several places within my budget that met my list of qualifications, and even viewed a unit for me when my schedule didn't permit it.

If you're searching for a place in the Miami market and want someone knowledgeable, then Anthony's your guy. He responded promptly to my calls, emails, or messages and was persistent in getting the application/association process completed.

I plan to buy a unit next year and plan to use Anthony's services again.

Searching for an apartment in an unfamiliar environment is not always easy but Anthony Johnson made my apartment search so easy. He has gone above and beyond to find the right apartment for me. Anthony took the time to ask the right questions to understand my needs and requirements and he perfectly tailored the list of apartments. He gave me a lot of advises in terms of searching for the right area which fits my needs and suits my personality. As I didn't have a lot of experience in terms of apartment search, Anthony was always very helpful, responsive and attentive to any question I had. Also he was very precise and detailed when it comes to potential deficiencies and inspections of the apartment. Anthony perfectly handled the escrow and exchange of the contracts, which were very important factors for me as I was in a big rush with the move in date. There was one week between our first apartment viewing and my move in date!!! All in all I can say that he is honest and extremely professional and pro-active. It has truly been a pleasure to work with Anthony Johnson as my realtor from start to finish and he will be the first person I'll contact when I search for another property. Highly recommended!
