I have bought and sold numerous homes and properties over the years. Anthony is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He sold a a very unique home in the silicon valley. He also put me in touch with a contact to transfer a home to my child during covid, when the county recorder was closed to the public. I no longer live in his service area but still ask his opinion for real estate advice frequently. He explains the process and is diligent in his real estate duties.

Anthony Boudreault sold 2 of our CA rental properties that had been rented as both full time and as vacation rentals. He did a great job negotiating deals on both properties and at helping us close with minimal costs.

Anthony is very detail oriented and quick to respond to leads and questions. We would recommend him as a realtor for any single family, smaller multifamily or vacation rental property.

Anthony both owns and operates vacation and other rentals as well so was able to provide a deeper level of understanding and expertise to our property sales.
