Reliable, Honest, Hard-working Real Estate Agent. Anthony was a very responsive agent who anticipated challenges and helped resolve issues rapidly. He was tireless in engaging seller's agent, following up on open issues, and resolving issues. He proactively supported my due diligence efforts using his local contacts to help me understand the magnitude of any issues we discovered with timely quotes. Upon closing, he went above and beyond in assisting move in and cleaning, etc. I was not a local buyer and Anthony helped me overcome by multiple visits to the house, video calls, photos without complaint.

You will not find a better agent. We purchased a home six years ago after starting the process 2 years before that, and most of the realtors did not have the time of day to help us back then, but not Anthony. We were from out of state and he jumped right in helping us over two years when we had a chance to come down and look at properties. He was so professional and just the nicest guy that it made buying a house so easy. We were so impressed with his knowledge, attitude and how dedicated and hard-working he was that a few years later we recommended him to our daughter when she was purchasing a house, and now, when we sold our house, he was the first person we called. Once we called him, he came right over to walk through the house and look it over, gave us recommendations for staging and decluttering to help us get the highest price possible and provided us with a recommendation upon our request for a company to come in and do an entire cleaning of the house to get it ready for pictures. The company that he recommended was phenomenal and the gentleman he uses to do pictures for his listing did better than I could’ve ever thought possible. Anthony was either calling, texting or emailing us updates and keeping us in the loop. I would recommend Anthony to anyone looking at buying or selling any house or property they have. He is a hard-working dedicated just awesome person.

You couldn't ask for a nicer guy than Anthony. He did absolutely everything for my wife and me in our home search. We found the one we wanted and closed the deal! He took time during his days off to take us around neighborhoods and let us see houses so we could narrow down what we really wanted. We were building a home and residing out of state, so the process was nerve racking to say the least. Anthony offered to go and check on the progress of the build and took pictures for us. I was one of his first customers when he, Amy and Drew began Coastal Key Group, but it was my second home transaction with Anthony and Amy. In the past few years I have bought several homes with different agents. Anthony Caywood and his team have been by far the best. Anthony has gone above and beyond to make sure the home I am buying meets expectations.
