After viewing the property with Anthony I submitted an application and my offer was accepted! I own multipile industrial warehouses/ flex spaces in Montgomery county Pa. Anthony is by far the best realtor I've had on board to get my spaces leased and to the right leasee. He vets all the leads, does credit checks and markets all my properties on various outlets. He is available almost anytime day or night and the man never seems to take a break. I wish I met Anthony years ago but Im real glad that he is now apart of the Sea Vic real estate team.

We were downsizing and Anthony did an excellent job finding us a home that met all our needs and requirements. He was able to answer all our questions and walk us through the process of buying and selling a home with great ease, even through the Covid crisis. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding home construction and readily able to point out issues or problems. Anthony always responded in a very timely manner as needed, and always as the kind, considerate gentleman he truly is. Additionally, he helped us prepare our previous home for sale and his advice fully paid off as we were able to sell our home at asking price in only 5 days on the market. Our open house was a huge success, many prospective buyers came.
Cannot thank Anthony enough for his hard work, dedication, and the time he spent helping us find all that we were looking for in a home. Anthony is an expert in this field among many other areas when it came to deciding on a home. He pointed out known problems, foundation issues, he was very thorough knowing a lot about how things should be. I know Anthony to be a truly honest person and he puts his client’s best interests above the sale. He made this process very easy and not as stressful as it could have been. Anthony was super responsive as if we were his only client! He is friendly, easy to talk to and professional.
