Originally from New York City, during his education at Clemson University, Anthony developed an intense passion for the state of South Carolina, knowing one day he’d return to the state and call it home. That time came after completing a 13-year career on Wall Street, where he engaged in negotiating options and futures contracts for major financial institutions as an Energy Broker. During his time on Wall Street, Anthony sharpened his impeccable negotiation skills, ensuring seamless execution, ease of transaction, and most importantly a price that most suited his client’s needs.
Even in New York City Mr. Mascolo always had Carolina on his mind and started investing in rental properties in South Carolina in the early 2000s. He brought the same focus and passion to his real estate investments that he brought to his career and developed a deep well-rounded understanding of the real estate markets in South Carolina for over a decade. His passion for real estate continued to grow and the time was right after having 2 sons, Anthony and Luca with his high school sweetheart Lauren, to move from the city to South Carolina. Upon relocating his family to the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Mr. Mascolo became a Realtor® at Keller Williams of the Lowcountry, where he could pursue a career in a field that his passion for real estate and client service, his meticulous attention to detail, and his proven expertise in negotiation would shine.
