To Whom it may concern: I have known Anthony on a professional basis now for approximately 3 years. I had inherited an Investment property in Hackensack and from the 1st call a few years back I knew that I was dealing with a professional. Over the past few years Anthony worked tirelessly to keep me apprised of what the Real Estate market in Northern Bergen County had to offer, its stability and its fluctuations. During the past year I renovated the property and Anthony was my eyes and ears on the project and we finally saw its completion. Anthony advised, stayed hands on, marketed the property, found a tenant for me and rented the property within 3 days of the listing... He kept me informed, he negotiated with the HOA, with the tenant, and me and closed the deal within 14 days of the listing. I have done a lot of Real Estate transactions in my career.. Anthony was a true gentleman to work with. He exudes trustworthiness and kindness. He always had my best interest at heart and seemed like he was more interested in building a trusting relationship then fixated on a quick sale. Once he saw my preapproval letter he recommended of me to use a different lender who could give us a better rate and save money. He guided me through finding an attorney and told me what reasonable costs I could expect so I knew I was not being taken advantage of. I worked with Anthony for several months to purchase my apartment. He remained in contact throughout the very long process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He made sure to keep me up to date along the way. Anthony Pertesis is a GREAT agent! My boyfriend and I have worked with other realtors before and they were not nearly as responsive as he was. He will work with you on any price range that you have and will treat you with the utmost respect. The other realtor we had did not seem nearly as interested in helping us and often complained a lot about having to come out on Sundays to show us a house. This was never the case with Anthony. He has spent entire Sundays with us, showing us house to house in different towns. He has devoted a lot of time to my boyfriend and I, and we are extremely grateful for him.
