Anthony is such a patient and knowledgeable realtor. We have been looking for the perfect house in East Dublin, CA for past four years! If it wasn't for Anthony's perseverance and excellent negotiating skills, I don't think we would've been able to afford a 3K sq ft house in East Dublin. Anthony is extremely hardworking, very professional, and honest. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a realtor without any hesitation.

Working with Anthony was great; he is the area specialist in the Dublin/ Pleasanton area. Not only is he well aware of the upcoming developments in the city and the different pockets of Dublin which are extremely desirable he also knows the stats of the real estate sales like the back of his hand. After I was able to get into contract with Anthony’s help as the buyer agent, he sat down with me in his office and reviews page by page all the disclosures, HOA docs and clarifies all our quires. It was no easy feat it was a stack of over 200 pages of documents. Typically, most agents would have sent it to their clients via email and ask them to esign it and read it at their leisure. But not Anthony, we review every page and wet sign every page, answering any questions we had and explaining what the implications of each document without having me to enquire the purpose of the documents. I would highly recommend Anthony, not only was he able to negotiate a great deal for me and got me into a home that is way under comps for the same floor plan in the same community just closed 3 months prior. I can’t think of an agent who can achieve that. For me I feel that that makes all the difference for me to choose between a full service agent and an agent from Redfin or discounted agent. I was able to get the home that I want and at the price that feel is right. He has done a commendable job and I highly recommend him.

Anthony was recommended via a referral from my coworker. He worked tirelessly in our search for a replacement home in Castro Valley starting in Feb until April. The search for a single family home in Castro Valley under $800,000 is extremely competitive. We had some close calls but we were still getting outbid marginally. Anthony search was extremely detailed, he would check out all the homes that would come on market and attend the broker tour to snoop out the property in advance if it will meet our criteria. In addition, shooting videos of the property for us to preview before we even go check it out. Only homes that met our criteria, we would check it out and he would explain the scope of work that is needed and how much it would cost his contractors to fix it up. We were close but still no dice after 2 months of search and previewing over 40 homes, we decided to take a one month break from the competition. When we resumed our search we decided to check out this Pleasant Hill home that had just came on market on Tuesday and it was love at first sight the house was move in ready and required minimum renovation and priced under market value! Listing agent had an offer deadline on the following Monday and after seeing the house on Wednesday, Anthony formulated a winning strategy and made an offer on Thursday afternoon and before we know it we are under contract on Friday evening right at asking price. Even with a 21 days closing starting on a Friday, we closed right on time and completed all appraisal and inspection without any delays or drama from the lender recommended by Anthony. We were so glad to have Anthony on our side and working for us. If we had waited until offer deadline and over the weekend, I don’t know how many offers would have come in and we would have to pay way over asking. His expertise and his team has helped us saved $$$ thousands of dollars. Don’t believe all the hype out there with the discount brokers and cashback agents, you save money with the cashback but you are paying more for the property. You need an agent who has your best interest in mind. Give him a call before you go to anyone else.

I met Anthony at one of his listings in Dublin. We worked with Anthony and the whole process has been very smooth. Without his advice and efforts, we would not get the offer accepted and the loan closed on time. He was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Even I was not his client at that time, he offered solutions and mortgage lenders he demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Dublin real estate market and rich experience of repairs and remodels. But the reason I choose Anthony is not only because of his expertise, but also his personality and how easy to work with him. I trust his opinion and this is the most important factor how we can get our first home within 3 weeks after I started searching for houses. He is very responsive. He reminds me of many small things that I need to do during the loan approval, and recommended me areas for repair before move-in. He has a lot of resources so if you work with him, don’t hesitate to ask if he knows anyone who can help. He is also very organized and keeps track of everything and send reminder to us. Overall a great experience for me! Highly recommend Anthony for your purchase.

I was searching for new developments in Dublin, met Anthony at an open house in one of his listings, he demonstrates extensive knowledgeable of the East Bay and South Bay. Having lived in the south bay for over 3 years, I would say he fully understands the wants and needs of a south bay resident. He provided a lot of facts and data on the current market situation in the area. He is always very responsive and stayed on top of everything. He suggested 2 new developments in Pleasanton; however, the homes do not meet our lifestyle. We were glad he offered alternatives that we would otherwise never considered. Eventually, we decided on Wallis ranch due to the lifestyle it offers and floorplan available at the time. I would highly recommend Anthony as he is really resourceful in terms of lenders, contractors and knowledge of the purchasing and selling process. In passing, he was able to demonstrate superb knowledge of the purchase process since he mention he owns over 10 investment properties and has personally undergo the buying process himself. He fully understands the stress and anxiety a buyer and seller experiences when making a life changing process. He is the first person I would consult whenever I need or have questions on real estate.
