From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Anthony was honest and professional. Paul was excellent in selling a home that was in need of repair and under adverse circumstances. The house was court ordered to be sold. He had to deal with a hostile tenant; he did so in a calm, polite, friendly and completely professional manner. He always answered phone calls and texts. I think he is a excellent real estate agent and superb human being. I highly recommend him to anyone selling or purchasing a house!

Anthony was by our side when selling our house in Montgomery County (2023), and selling a Condo in Bucks County (2020). He has a great pulse on the market, and knows when to jump at an opportunity.
When selling or buying a home, choose Anthony. Having him as your respresentative in the real estate market is a cheat code. When anyone asks for a reccomendation to sell or buy. I tell them I gotta guy.....that guy is Anthony!

Words can’t explain just how amazing Anthony was during the entire process of purchasing our first home. From needing to change mortgage brokers, countless offers being submitted all the way up to the final walk through which still uncovered issues; Anthony was there and available. His professionalism, patience and understanding during this harder then usual real-estate market can’t be explained. Anthony never pushed me to purchase a house that didn’t work for me, he guided me to the house that was meant for me. He wasn’t concerned with the time it took (11 months) before we were able to close, so long as it was the house that was meant for me. If you want an agent that is going to work for your interest over a commission check, Anthony is the only person that will do that. There is a reason I choose him and that is it, he is always client centered and client first.

Working with Anthony to purchase our first home was a pleasure! He made the entire process simple for us to understand, helped us read the market, and made sure we were competitive with each house that we liked. Anthony takes the time to get to know each of his clients and treats them like family. He continually reached out to check on us, get our feedback, and keep us positive in this crazy market! Most people who claim to be available day or night, almost never are, but not Anthony! He told my husband and I that he was always available and he kept his word no matter what time of the day it was. He’s flexible with work schedules and does everything he can to make sure his clients are in the best position to purchase a home as soon as one hits the market that fits your needs! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our first home and Anthony made that possible! We were in the market to sell our home and purchase another. From the get go, we knew we wanted to work with Anthony. Anthony has an easy going demeanor and sat down with my husband and I and explained/advised us on how to go about listing our home. I had many, many, many questions along the way, and Anthony would consistently tell me that everything would work out and that to trust him and the process. We did indeed sell our home and met great buyers. We then found a home that we were interested in purchasing and Anthony used his magic to sell our case to the sellers, and voila, the buyers accepted! We can't thank Anthony enough for helping us and for using his knowledge and expertise to help us find our dream and hopefully forever home.

We probably weren't the easiest clients.. I definitely wasn't. (But at least I know it! Haha) I was a constant, nervous wreck, always waiting for something bad to happen or go wrong. Anthony always reassured me that everything was going to be just fine. It always was. We did hit a few bumps in the road, through no fault of his, and yet, he always guided us through. Even when I called him complaining 75 times about the showings and the people, he didn't walk away (even though he probably wanted to haha). Anthony was able to sell our house, TWICE, in just 2 months, and got us multiple offers each time all at asking or above. (First buyer got cold feet - first time home buyer) What more could you ask?! He was great with my kids along the way, very understanding, and never pushed us, not even once. Highly recommend using Anthony!!! You won't regret it!

You know when you find a mechanic, plumber, electrician etc that gives you the real deal and tries their best to find you the nicest deal available without sacrificing quality? That’s Anthony. Anthony helped to sell and find a new home for me and my growing family. Due to the low rates and the crazy market things got stressful at time and there were times that my husband and I doubted that we would ever find a place, but Anthony helped us through all the way and kept a positive spirit. He gave us great tips on how to get our small house to sell and they paid off. He got our house to sell within a few days on the market. Once we found a house that we loved and our offer was accepted he made closing super easy. He always responded to phone calls and texts in a timely manner and answered all of our questions.
