Antonia Pennington grew up in a small town along the Danube River in Bulgaria, where her childhood revolved around the family business. Rising early each day, she learned the importance of hard work, helping others, and never taking anything for granted. With a strong sense of morals, integrity, honesty, and a solid work ethic, Antonia has earned the respect of many throughout her career and friendships.
Upon moving to California as a young adult, Antonia embraced the challenge of becoming completely independent and adapting to a new culture. Her first job in Los Angeles was in retail, where she honed her English language skills and quickly climbed the ranks to manage large clothing stores in Studio City, Santa Monica, and Venice Beach.
Her background in customer service and sales positioned her perfectly to pursue her dream job as a Realtor® allowing her to serve others while raising her two children, Luke and Kris.

Her commitment does not end at the close of escrow, Antonia partners with her husband as a licensed general contractor to offer clients services for home remodels, repairs, and anything else they may need.
Believing that success comes from surrounding oneself with the right people—whether they are lenders, home inspection providers, or insurance agents—Antonia aims to foster long-lasting relationships with her clients.
Her expertise spans most of the San Fernando Valley, NELA, Central LA, and Downtown helping buyers and sellers. And while she may not have ventured to all parts of LA or California, she is always ready for an adventure—“Roads?! Where we're going, we don't need roads.”(Back to the future).
