About Antonia

Antonia has been a full-time, successful Realtor since 2001. She is consistently one of Walnut Creek’s top listing agents and earns Sellers among the highest dollar per square foot on her Walnut Creek listings, per MLS statistics. In addition, she consistently ranks as one of East Bay’s top Realtors.

Antonia is a Walnut Creek native and a second-generation Realtor. Real estate has been a part of her life from when she was a child: Antonia’s father was a local real estate developer in the Ygnacio Valley area of Walnut Creek, and her mother was a Realtor in Walnut Creek and the surrounding cities. Antonia’s first two homes were in Concord and then she purchased her childhood home in Walnut Creek when her mother was ready to find a smaller home. She still lives in Walnut Creek in the home she grew up in that her father built.

Antonia is a UC Davis graduate with degrees in Economics and English. Her education has served her well in understanding the business side of real estate as well as the marketing and communications side.

Prior to entering real estate in 2001, Antonia was a corporate trainer specializing in sales and management training as well as an instructional designer. These disciplines provided valuable expertise that translated directly into her real estate career.

Antonia’s philosophy in how she works with her clients is exactly the same as when she began her sales career in 1985: “Treat your clients the way you want to be treated and the results will follow. Always have your client’s best interest front and center, and work diligently to achieve the results and service that you would want for yourself and your family.”

Antonia is extremely well-respected by her colleagues. Many agents will attest to her professionalism, ethics and especially in her fairness and honesty in dealing with others. Other Realtors enjoy working with Antonia, which can be a huge asset to her clients.

While Antonia enjoys her relationships with her clients, she does take time to enjoy her greatest loves: her two children, Jeff and Becca, and her sweet grandson, who also live in Walnut Creek. When she has time, she loves to garden, hike, visit various wine country regions, play golf and do almost anything outdoors, even if it is just sitting and listening to nature.
