Tony Martinez is an outstanding agent. He had previously gone the extra mile in getting us the best price on a lot we sold, so we called on him again to sell the Long Beach home. Tony is extremely honest, professional, forthright, and persistent. His level of communication and keeping everyone in the loop made us feel comfortable from doing comparisons to walking us through escrow. His suggestions on curb appeal and helping us locate a landscaper to make those simple changes was greatly appreciated. Thank you Tony for taking a lot of stress out of the process.

What can I say about Tony Martinez my realtor? I have so many stories to tell you but he has been my realtor for over 10 years. This guy is a tenured realtor with smarts. He not only knows but can explain to you the housing market but also about home loans,refi loan,loan docs, location saturation, market segmentation and if you have questions he'll have the answers or he'll make one phone call and get the answers for you. If there's a house that you're interested he'll tell you how much it's worth, how much it will be worth and if you ask Tony for his opinion if you should buy it, he is not going to the sugar coat anything and tell you. he'll be completely honest! If you know anything about me I love to ask questions. In 2012 when I decided to buy my second home I had hundreds of questions for this man. Now remember he is a full-time realtor and he takes pride of his work and job performance. that's why if I ever decide to sell or buy a home i am calling only one person that is Tony Martinez. Seriously you shouldn't settle for anyone less!

The whole experience working with Tony was exceptional, from beginning to end his dedication and passion for what he does is phenomenal.
