WOW is the best word I have to describe our home buying experience with Antonio. He made our experience like no other. From our first meeting I told my husband he was going to find us a house and he did not disappoint. Antonio has that all around personality that is very caring, never pushy and truly is on a mission to find you the house of your dreams. He was very patient with us as we looked at several different properties, if we didn’t like it neither did he and he just continued to look until we found one that we loved. He helped us through the entire process whenever we had a question via text or a phone call he would respond right away. If your looking to purchase a new home Antonio is definitely the realtor you want to help you with your home purchase. We have a beautiful new home and made a great friend in the process. Mr. Merkerson is the best. My total experience was great, quick and stress free. He answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was well informed on the with the process of selling my home. I highly recommend using him and Berkshire Hathaway for your next purchase/sell. I will definitely use him again when its time to purchase my next home.

Antonio was a complete professional. He guided us from beginning to end, answering all questions, giving us knowledge about the neighborhoods and sharing his experiences. We made offers on 4 different houses before getting out new Home. It was a frustrating experience, but Antonio never gave up. What can I not say about Antonio! From day one he hit the ground running. It was a kismic energy. With me living over 600 plus miles away, I was able to completely leave all worries and matters in his hands. He literally became my right hand. Personality and professionalism was on 110%. Saying Thank you just isn't enough, I am completely humble and appreciative for you helping me in selling my home, something that was so bitter sweet, but you put an ease over the entire process.
