We hired April as our real estate broker because of the extraordinary assistance that she had given our daughter with her condominium. She gave us strong guidance through the sales process from start to finish. We needed to prepare our house for sale and she was very helpful in this regard. We sold the house very quickly with the well managed preparation and showings. She guided us through the whole process including the daunting documentation and monitoring that all t’s were crossed and i’s dotted with multiple participants involved in the sale. We appreciate all of her efforts with our sale. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs a broker.
