April found the transition into real estate as a natural progression after years of assisting her husband with his appraisal business. With a prior legal background of 20 years, as both a legal assistant and sales rep for several legal vendors, she was eventually able to combine the best of her abilities as a REALTOR®. What truly fuels her passion and remains the driving force behind her success is her desire to help others.

April’s ultimate goal is to educate and empower her clients, making her an ideal agent for first-time homebuyers. Knowing first-hand how intimidating buying or selling a home can be for most people, she focuses on providing helpful tools and being an open source of communication throughout the entire process. Trust, communication, resourcefulness, and honesty are her top priorities to ensure her clients get the best experience and outcome possible.

As a Temecula Valley local since 2005, she has a competitive edge in understanding which neighborhoods may fit the needs of her clients best, whether they’re relocating from out of state or moving from one local area to another. Being that she loves helping others fall in love with the area, April is passionate about promoting small businesses within the community through her various social media outlets and encourages others to “support small, support local” in Temecula Valley.

April is extremely family oriented. When she is not spending time with her husband and two children, she loves traveling, visiting wineries with her friends, and playing the piano.
