April enjoyed nearly 10 years of success in Sales before joining EXP Realty, LLC 2022. With an emphasis on exceptional customer service and an analytical approach to Real Estate, April knows how to leverage the unique qualities of a home for effective marketing and who the appropriate audience for that marketing is. Originally from Texas, April obtained a Bachelors Degree from Grambling State University in 2000 and moved to Los Angeles, California in 2001 where she began her Sales and Marketing journey. By 2013 she had moved back to Texas (Dallas) and joined one of the fastest growing Network Marketing companies where she rose through the ranks to become the first black female executive bringing in over $100K in sales volume per month.

In 2021 April and her husband, Sean, moved to Stockbridge, Georgia where she left network marketing to pursue a real estate license and by 2022 she joined the fastest-growing, global residential real estate company, EXP Realty, LLC and founded April Dunn Real Estate where she and her husband work as a real estate team. April says her passion is serving as a connector, whether it's connecting people with one another or with their next home.
