If you are looking for an AMAZING and EXPERIENCED realtor, then April Felten is the realtor for you!!! I was anxious and nervous walking into the process of selling my home. April was fantastic! Not only did she calm my anxiety, but she made it all seem so effortless. She is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and she deals with a lot of military families. She answered all my questions, showed up on-time to any scheduled events, and her response times were quick. For a first time home seller, I am very pleased with April and I wish I could take her with me to Illinois to assist me with our next home purchase.

After spending almost 2 years apart from my family while deployed overseas, meeting April by happenstance once stateside was a blessing for my family and I! Right from the start I knew we were in great hands. Knowledgeable, motivated, and she actually cares about her clients needs and wants. She builds a lasting relationship with you so even after everything is said and done, you still are close like family. It was such a pleasure having April as our realtor. This was our very first time selling a home, I had questions and concerns left to right and she was right on spot with the answer that we needed and more. As expected there a few bumps but she had made it smoother along the way.

April did an excellent job guiding us through a roller coaster of a few months, helping us move across country without ever being able to visit ourselves!!! She ventured into the woods risking coyote attack to save us from a cabin where you could see sunlight through the walls. She made sure to get our offer in on our dream home, staying up late the night before a family trip! And she overcame every disaster the black hole that is Las Vegas threw at us to keep us out of that dream home! I reached out to a few realtors midday on a Friday, Some got back to me promptly while others did not, however, April went above and beyond and had six houses for me to tour the next day already lined up, She also had reached out to her preferred lending company and we had my loan application submitted Friday night as well. The next day we toured the houses and I had placed a bid on one and started the closing process Sunday night. April was by far extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
