April was very dedicated and professional to our house hunting need. It was an out of town purchase but the way April handled the situation made it an easy and smooth process from start to end. She has an eye for finding out what my wife and I wanted in our home. It only took a few walkthroughs for her to really pinpoint our wants and needs. In this type of sellers market, it was very competitive. If it wasn't for our agent leading us in the right direction I wouldn't know where we would be today in finding a house. I was very new and ignorant of the home buying process. April was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. We did get overwhelmed a few times but after talking to her she was able to help explain situations and made it easier for us to understand them. Throughout the whole process, she was able to inform us about everything before it happened. I did not feel unaware or second guess any step of the home buying process because our realtor explained it perfectly. April Jones' communication skills and professionalism is superb. Whether it is on the phone, in person, or through an email you can just tell that you are talking to someone who is trustworthy and has your best interest. She is very charismatic and funny. She actually made me and my wife laugh a few times. It was nice having a realtor with that type of personality to keep a positive attitude because there can be ups and downs during the process of home buying.
