April Rodas

April is a local real estate broker who works with buyers and sellers in Albuquerque and the surrounding area. Her expertise in negotiation and marketing, as well as her love and understanding of our community, allow her to navigate the complexities of the real estate transaction while providing an exceptional experience for her clients.
In her previous work as a trust officer, she administered revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, agency accounts, and settled estates. While working as a trust officer, April earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
Additionally, she’s an Accredited Financial Counselor whose past work experience includes providing financial counseling and education to individuals and couples as well as developing financial education curricula.
April earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University. She’s a native Texan who has called Albuquerque home for over 11 years. As a longtime military spouse, she’s had the privilege of living all over the country.
When she’s not helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate, she can be found cooking, walking the local trails, or hanging out with her husband and two daughters.
