April began her real estate career in 2000 after she graduated from Augustana College and joined her father, Dale Schossow, at the Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village assisting in selling high-end new construction. Eleven years, a variety of roles, and several hundred successful transactions later, April continues to succeed in offering comprehensive and professional real estate services to each of their valued clients.
April spent several years in on-site sales at both the Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village and, most recently, The Golf Club at Ravenna, a private resort-lifestyle community just southwest of Denver. At the Golf Club at Ravenna, April was responsible for negotiating and successfully closing over one-third of all developer lots to date and played a lead role in the branding and marketing of the community, as well as, each individual custom home site and residential property. Year after year, April studied the real estate luxury market, compiled statistics and prepared yearly sales reports for the developer and her clients focusing on historical home sales, trends, averages and forecasts. Her broad understanding of the real estate market brings value to each transaction and ultimately to her clients.
April's career also includes several years in re-sale real estate and supporting in hundreds of real estate transactions in communities such as Highlands Ranch, Cherry Creek, LoHi, the Highlands, Downtown, Golden, Evergreen, Littleton, Cherry Hills Village, and Greenwood Village.
