Rob, Edward, and April at Iniguez and Tavares got us into a new home in record time. We had to move and we weren't sure things would come together, but they listened to what we wanted, put a list of properties together, and made sure we found what we were looking for! Rob and April are like family! We've known them for many years and trust their work ethic and integrity. They have helped us sell three properties, one in Live Oak and two in Capitola. Trying to buy from out of state was extremely difficult and outrageously stressful until I was lucky enough to become in contact with Rob Iniguez. I had worked with April and Edward for purchasing a home in San Jose for my parents. It’s already the second time I worked with the team. I would rate more than five stars if I can and definitely recommend them to my friends. They had extraordinary experience and insights in the local market in the Bay Area, and are really patient in helping clients obtaining the target home within reasonable price scope. I appreciate that they had spent a lot of time helping us to pre-select candidate targets every week across several months. What more can I say? Rob, April, and the rest of their team are simple amazing! We are a family of five living on one income and they made the IMPOSSIBLE happen. My wife and I, with our three girls were looking to see if we qualified to purchase a home ( or at least find out what we needed to get closer to our dreams).
When I tell you they moved mountains, they went above and beyond. They were available almost 24/7. They kept reassuring us that things would work out and to be patient. They really had that Parental/family approach to the relationship. After the first meeting they knew exactly what we were looking for. 10 listings in 2 days! Yup! 10! Rob and his team were incredible. I met Rob after we responded to a listing advertisement online. Rob immediately struck me as both personable and credible. We worked very hard together trying to find just the right home. He listened and adjusted his efforts as we became more in tune with the marketplace and how we fit into it. I met Rob and April while dropping in at an open house. I was impressed by his knowledge, energy and enthusiasm in helping me achieve my real estate goals. We exchanged numbers, then I tapped him to help me in finding the perfect home for me in Santa Cruz.
