Apua Garbutt

Apua has been an realtor for 12-1/2 years and have held offices as Director 2018-2019 and 2020 Vice President in the Coronado Real Estate Association ( "CREA" ); Director Region 24 2019-2020 in the California Association of Realtors (" C.A.R." ) and was asked to be President 2021 over 150+ women in her Church's women's organization.

Prior to becoming a realtor she worked in the legal aspects of real estate. She enjoyed working hand in hand with real estate, probate, and corporate attorneys.

Additionally, one of the real estate attorneys she ended up working with was a developer, solely building, for the HUD/ Section 8 program. He built apartment complexes and homes for low income and elderly families. This experience expanded my knowledge in real estate.

With this extensive background of experience it has worked for her and her clients' benefit. If need be, in arduous transactions this has given her insight how to maneuver through ' red tape' at the city, county and federal government levels.

Professionalism, integrity, honesty, reliability is her mainstay. Apua holds her fiduciary responsibilities of the utmost importance.
