Arash helped me purchase a new property in Silver Spring in mid 2024.

He was highly professional, courteous, candid, and kept me informed about changes in realty laws that could have an impact on my transaction. Luckily, Arash found me a suitable property prior to the changes. He also helped in the process of financing by referring me to a business partner who helped me navigate a new mortgage and ensure that the process was easy and convenient.

As is the case with a property purchase, we went through a few properties, and I received great feedback on each from Arash. Indeed, as I was purchasing and working with Arash remotely, he took time to patiently show me different properties virtually and was candid about what his assessment for each based on my specific preferences. I appreciated that greatly.

I first met Arash while visiting an open house when I was considering moving to a larger condo in DC. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and obvious knowledge of the local market. He carefully listened to my “checklist” of wants and needs and then set out to find the perfect property. Although I ultimately decided to relocate to California it was Arash that was at top of mind when it came to choosing someone to represent me in the sale of my condo. As I expected, Arash handled the entire transaction in a professional and effective manner, resulting in a full price offer and quick closing. He even managed the negotiation of the sale of my furniture, always going out of his way to insure that everything was done with my best interests in mind. Arash stayed on top of every detail. Even when the transaction looked in peril, Arash managed to pull it all together to get us over the finish line successfully. If buying OR selling in DC, I can’t imagine a better person to provide more personal or effective stewardship of your real estate transaction than Arash Azma.

In Jan 2021 we traveled from west coast to Washington DC, to visit our daughter at GWU foggy bottom area. We were looking to find a small home near the GW campus, luckily on our second day we met Arash at one of his open houses near the campus. Arash was easy to communicate with, he immediately understood our purpose and what we were looking for. We told Arash we had limited time in DC and had to head back home in a few days, nevertheless he quickly setup touring us to five possible condos in specified area. Arash’s persistent efforts, lead us to find the perfect condo we were looking for, and to open negations with the sellers before leaving for home.

Our offer was accepted a few days after we were arrived home. Thankfully Arash was able to arrange and participate in a smooth transition of all inspections, documentations and escrow while we were away. We really can’t thank Arash enough, for his uncompromising help, finding, and helping to quickly close the deal on our new property, in a short winter trip to our capital.
