Arda Deramerian, M.B.A., is a real estate professional focusing on residential sales. She joins Podley Properties with over twelve years of corporate marketing, public relations and communications experience.
Arda has been involved in many aspects of real estate - from sales and purchases, to construction and design -- from a very early age. With a father who was a residential and commercial contractor and a sister who has a degree in architecture, Arda has a sincere passion and comprehensive understanding of real estate.
More importantly, through personal experience, Arda appreciates what her clients experience when purchasing or selling a home. She believes that while a home is one of the most important investments in a client’s financial portfolio, it is also the place where their families grow and friends gather. This is why Arda promises to help navigate her clients through the process of buying or selling a home with trustworthiness, care, efficiency and professionalism.
Arda grew up in Pasadena and Arcadia, California where she graduated from Arcadia High School. She holds a degree in Print Journalism and Sociology from the University of Southern California. In 2003, she received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Pepperdine University.
She currently lives in Sierra Madre with her husband, Krikor, her lovely daughter and son, and two lively dogs. When she is not busy with her career or family, Arda enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools as well as local non-profit groups, cooking, reading, traveling, interior design and tending to her vegetable garden
