Arden was a lifesaver for me! I was left with the task of selling my parents home, as they suddenly both needed nursing care. They would not allow help with their hoarding home. I was left with the responsibility of dealing with the disaster it had become, inside and out. I think it is important to note that I live an hour and a half from where this was taking place.
I met with a different realtor first who took one look at the disaster and left me feeling like she didn't know where to start and thought that the only thing we would be able to do was get a very low price for it.
And then thankfully I met Arden. She walked into the home and toured the property with such confidence stating this is not a problem, we can do this. She was non-judgmental, supportive and caring to me and my needs throughout the ordeal. The mold inspector, appraiser, and cleaning crew she provided were professional and knew their jobs very well. Her support throughout the ordeal kept me going and she was able to get a fair price for the home to help my mother and father.
I would recommend Arden to anyone in need of a realtor to sell their home, whether it was my situation or a normal home selling. 5 stars is not enough to give her!

Arden was fantastic. She went above and beyond for us during our 1st home buying experience. Even though it was a very tough time to be buy a house, she made it happen and took away a lot of the stress. She was always there if we had any questions and was very patient through the entire process. I highly recommend using Arden as a realtor because she is incredibly hardworking and tenacious. We would definitely use her again!

Arden helped my husband and I buy our first home. Even in this crazy market right now, she made everything easy for us in our first experience. Her positivity definitely took a lot of the stress away and any uncertainty we had. She worked with us around our schedules, and all hours of the day/night to answer any questions I may have had and to make sure we got the home we wanted. Arden went above and beyond for us!
