Ariel Sasser is thoroughly professional, extremely well organized, always helpful, and pretty unflappable. While helping us purchase a small condo she made sure that all parties, including the title company, followed proper procedures. She gave us ideas about dealing with the sellers and the condo laws of Oregon, and she has been available at all hours, on weekends, and anytime we have needed her input or assistance. She is great!

Ariel is an AMAZING agent. When I overheard my husband talking to Ariel for the first time on the phone, I looked at him and said, "I really like her". She's very professional, patient, and listened to our needs and provided lots of knowledge. As a first time home buyer during the pandemic, it's been a long journey finding the right home for our family. This was the second property Ariel helped us with. Let me tell you why we recommend Ariel as a TOP real-estate agent... With our first move, we relocated to a new home 4 hours away. When we arrived at our new house with two large U-Haul trucks "packed to the gills" with our belongings, Ariel, though she lived over an hour away, was there waiting and even helped us unpack the trucks! With our recent move which involved selling our (present) home and purchasing a new home (one we had built), Ariel was at our side all the way. Though she sold our house in record time, our "purchaser" was willing to wait until our new home was built. Not only did Ariel keep in constant contact with our purchaser's agent, but Ariel also worked VERY CLOSELY with the builder of our new house, keeping us up-to-date on their progress. We can't give enough praise for how great a real-estate agent Ariel is and how "on-the-ball" she is with keeping track of EVERYTHING involved with her client's sale and relocation! Ariel was able to sell my home in a timely manner and also find us a suitable home. We were looking for a new location/home that fit our current lifestyle. Our previous home worked for raising a family, but now it's just the two of us, so it was time for a change. She took time to understand our needs and found us a few homes to consider. Ariel and her team are absolutely amazing! She helped us identify what repairs would be help us get the most for our house, contracted the work, walked us through the staging process, and within a month we were looking at multiple offers $50,000 over asking. Then when it was time to find another house, Ariel and her team showed us numerous listings and helped us draft a variety of offers until we finally found the perfect fit and our offer was accepted! I can't recommend Ariel more. She is extremely knowledgable, patient and efficient. She thinks of everything!!

Ariel helped me purchase my first house and the transaction went so smooth, I hardly felt stressed. Her communication over the phone, text, email or in person was so professional that I felt very comfortable working with her. She has superb knowledge of the field and I felt comfortable every step of the process. Her ability to negotiate with the seller blew me away. A little context: I have FHA loan and the house I was about to close wouldn't pass FHA loan unless it receives a new paint job. Ariel negotiated with the seller to do a fresh paint job in order to close on time and the best part was, I did not have to pay anything extra. I will recommend Ariel to any friends or family looking to buy/sell. I am very happy with her level of communication and professionalism.

We highly recommend working work with Ariel Sasser and her team at Property Group NW to list and sell your home. She honed in quickly on what we needed to take care of before listing the house. The various contractors Ariel connected us to provided us with fair quotes and completed the jobs in a timely manner with better than expected results. Ariel was very responsive to questions we had about the process of listing and selling the property. I cannot say enough great things about Property Group NW! I had a complicated situation where tenants on my property had not paid rent for a couple months causing the house to be in pre-foreclosure. I decided it would be best to remove the tenants and list the property for sale. Unfortunately, the tenants had devalued the property immensely and the agents at Property Group NW were still able to find a buyer! During the closing process, there was an unknown judgement against the property and she was able to still close the transaction with money in my pocket. With all of the odds against me (awful tenants, poor condition of the property, judgement, etc.) the Property Group NW team somehow managed to make this experience a positive one and I am now able to move on and purchase another home for myself!

My husband and I had been renting a duplex for many years and found out they had sold the duplex to new owners and shortly after received a notice of rent increase of 60%! I should mention I was 8 months pregnant at the time. I contacted Ariel and in no time we were looking at many houses and quickly found the perfect home to bring our new baby to. She was able to close the deal with minimal stress and we moved in when I was 38 weeks pregnant! Ariel was attentive, patient and was involved in the entire buying process. We couldn't have had a better first time buying experience!

Ariel is awesome. She helped me find a house when I was stuck in a sticky situation. I needed to find a seller willing to carry the loan for me for a few years. She found a perfect house for me, single level, cute yard, near the MAX line, and in a safe neighborhood. I tried to work with 4 other Realtors in Portland, and the all thought my situation was hopeless. But, Ariel, actually took the extra time to personally contact at least a hundred sellers to see if they were interested in working with me. Ariel is definitely one of a kind, and truly understands what good customer service is and how to deliver it. I highly recommend her and her team.

Ariel is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. She was very attentive to my needs and was excellent at finding homes that fit my criteria. As a first time buyer, I was very new to the process. She explained everything in depth and was very knowledgeable about what it would take to get accepted for a loan. She also recommended me to a great lender that had a sense of urgency.
