Arleen began her career in 1985 with a plan to do real estate part-time. Within six months, she realized that she had found passion in her career and committed herself to becoming one of the top Realtors in the Charlottesville area.

Arleen loves matching buyers with sellers to find the home of their dreams. Arleen is one of the top Realtors in the Charlottesville area, and she is a strong advocate for education and staying current on all aspects of the industry is part of her passion. She also finds time to be involved as a member of the CAAR Board of Directors and Professional Standards Committee and is a past president of both the Blue Ridge WCR and the Virginia CRS Chapter.
