Susan is the founder of cincinnatimodern. Susan’s lifelong passion for modern design led her to get her real estate license in 2003 “to give Cincinnati’s modern homes a voice.” Little did she know how giving the homes a voice would create such a robust market!

She is co-founder and past president of Cincinnati Form Follows Function (cf3), Cincinnati’s modern advocacy group and co-authored the book “50 from the 50’s: Modern Architecture and Interiors in Cincinnati.”

She is now a nationally recognized expert on midcentury modern architecture and has appeared on NBC News and HGTV, and in Dwell Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Atomic Ranch Magazine, among others.
