My husband and I relocated from Atlanta in April and were looking for a good realtor. Arlene came highly recommended to us from our Atlanta real estate broker. Prior to moving to Florida, Arlene scheduled a Zoom meeting to introduce herself and get a feel for what we were looking for. She spent over an hour discussing the current market, answering our questions, and giving us information on different suburbs around the Orlando area.

When we arrived in Florida, she had lined up several homes for us to view, and we spent a couple of weekends looking at both existing and new construction homes. I'm very finicky, and she made sure to listen to what I wanted, and find homes that met my criteria. If I reached out to Arlene early in the mornings or later in the evenings, she was always responsive. She went above and beyond trying to find us the perfect home. She even went so far as to reach out to home owner's whose homes were not yet for sale if she thought the house would meet out needs.

We eventually found the perfect home, and everything was set. On the day of the final walk through there were a couple of issues with the home. Arlene IMMEDIATELY got busy getting them resolved, and we were able to close as scheduled. She even followed up several times after closing to ensure that everything was still going well.
