Arlene Gutterson

Arlene Gutterson has been actively involved in the New York City real estate market for nearly two decades. She is quite familiar with most of the city's diverse neighborhoods having purchased, renovated, and sold apartments in Tribeca, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Union Square, the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side. I am currently a resident of West Soho.

In the late 1980s, Arlene was a Corcoran agent and sold lofts in Soho and Tribeca and apartments in Greenwich Village and Gramercy. In 1994, She moved out of the city to raise her family in Chappaqua, New York. During that time, she spent many years as a proprietor of a technology consulting firm, consistently providing Fortune 500 clients with skilled talent, and gaining further sales and marketing expertise.
