Armando Delgado

My name is Armando Delgado. I have professional degrees in Mathematics and Educational Leadership. I was in the field of education for 15 years as both a classroom teacher and a school administrator. I enjoyed my teaching experience with adolescents and decided to take the next step in my educational career and became an administrator in order to provide strong leadership and mentorship to my teachers. While working fulltime as an administrator I obtained my Real Estate License and began working part-time. It was not until 2015 when I purchased my current home that I decided to go all in.

The realtor that helped us purchase our home was knowledgeable patient and very thorough with his explanations which made my wife and I feel at ease with the process of purchasing our home. Coming from an educational background these qualities are traits I hold to a high standard. Being able to explain guide and teach homebuyers and sellers about the process and putting them at ease is something I pride myself in. Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful experience but if you have that individual who takes the time to explain guide and teach you throughout the home buying or selling experience it becomes much easier.

I am currently a full-time real estate agent servicing the Miami-Dade and Broward county areas. On a personal note I have been married for 16 years and have two beautiful daughters. In my spare time I enjoy exercising playing golf and cooking! Yes.cooking! Friday and Saturday night menus get creative in my home!
