About Armando

Armando Gomez has been a proud resident of Ventura and Santa Barbara counties for more than 35 years. He earned his real estate license in 2002 and has been helping families achieve their real estate goals ever since. His dedication and results have earned him numerous awards for outstanding performance, including Top Producing, Top Selling, and Top Listing Agent. In 2015, he was nationally recognized by Quality Service Certified (QSC) as Agent of the Month.

Before entering real estate, he built a strong background in sales and communications. From 1997 to 2002, he worked as a national sales representative for Hispanic Business Inc. in Santa Barbara, where daily contact with clients across the country sharpened his ability to understand people’s needs and strengthened his negotiation skills. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1997, he served as a sales representative and announcer for several local radio stations, earning the respect of the community through his professionalism and genuine care for others.

Mando is deeply involved in the community and actively participates in several organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR), and the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Ojai MLS. A strong supporter of education, he is also a proud member of the President’s Circle at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI).

Armando and his wife, Eva, who works with Instream Energy Systems Inc. and JW Global Resources, are proud parents of two sons, Diego and Evan. Together, they enjoy cycling, running, hiking, and traveling.
