Living in Howard County, our lease was coming to an end and we needed to quickly find a new home in Charles County. We just had a baby boy and wanted to move closer to family to have the help. In our search, we knew we wanted a modern day townhome with a modern design in the kitchen and bathroom. Arniece was able to find us a home within our budget and because she’s quick, we were able to get approved right on time!

I would like to say me and my husband had the best experience working with Arniece. In a market that was cut throat she never left our side. It took us 8 months to find our forever home. Mrs. Greene, has been the best real estate agent since day one with helping my family and I find our dream home. She’s very professional and great at what she do! I’m very specific in what I want in a home to make it “OUR HOME” she’s always sending homes to look at before going out in person so time won’t be wasted on something I don’t want. Mrs. Greene stays on top of communicating with me from emails, phones calls, or friendly face time when needed.
