Arnold and his assistant are amazing. It was my second time buying a house, but I worked with many realtors before - and Arnold is the best! He actively searched for a perfect house for my family, exactly what we needed. Arnold is very knowledgeable about the market and his work, and he was always available when we needed him. His assistant is very nice to talk to and quick to respond to my questions. They are so easy to communicate with! Arnold’s recommendation and advices were very helpful when selling/choosing houses. When we had some unexpected delays and incidents, he worked so smartly that the deal was done! If you want to work with someone nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy- definitely go to him! He will be your peace of mind throughout what can be a nerve racking process of buying/selling houses.

As our buying agent, Arnold Oh went above and beyond our expectations by not only showing us homes, but also by screening potential homes/neighborhoods prior to our 90 minute commute. He listened to our demands in our search for a new house and got a great understanding of what we were looking for. As houses were selling quickly, Arnold would contact me via email or text if any new house came into the market. He researched houses late into the night. In addition, Arnold was always available to accept my call or would contact me immediately if busy with other clients. He is patient, kind, professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. My experience with Arnold was fantastic i had a goal to close a house deal before 2021 came and with the help of Arnold I felt more driven with him as I was buying my first house at the age of 22. He is very knowledgeable with the market and has great negotiations skills I was able to get my house with not only great deal but was able to include a new roof with my offer which saved me money and time. He stood by my side and explained the process as it came and just a week before Christmas we closed the house and he handed the keys to me Merry Christmas and an awesome new year to start

Arnold was a truly amazing.
He aimed to get what we wanted, and nothing less. Any request we had he worked for and got it done. Honestly Arnold is so good at what he does that it doesn’t feel like we have a business relationship. It felt like he was a friend just helping us out to the best of his ability. He went out of his way for us multiple times and even took the time to come visit me just to teach me a little bit on real estate.
Arnold took something that could be stressful for normal people and made it enjoyable and relaxed.
There wasn’t one time where he said “you will have to do...”
He always took the responsibility to do it himself. If he could not do himself then he was always there to help.
Truly professional at what he does.
Couldn’t recommend him enough.

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Arnold to help me purchase my first home. He is markedly passionate about his work and truly cares about the people that he works with. Arnold understands that buying a home is not just about a house tour and the signing of a document. Buying a home is a journey and Arnold works to make sure that he is involved in every step of the process. I knew purchasing the house was not going to be easy when I saw how many people there were that were interested in buying. The property was so popular and the competition fierce, that the listing closed after just a single day.
