Arsen Atbashyan is a commercial real estate broker who has been in the industry for over 20 years. He is the CEO and Principal of a boutique real estate firm, Commercial Acquisitions Inc., where he leads a group of highly qualified agents. Arsen specializes in commercial sales, development, and leasing of retail, office & industrial properties.
Arsen began his career in 2002 while also pursuing a Bachelor in Economics and Political Science from Hunter City University of New York. After gaining a wealth of knowledge in the commercial real estate scene, he then founded Commercial Acquisitions Inc. in 2008 with the goal of setting a higher standard for quality and transparency in the New York market. Since then, Commercial Acquisitions has built a name as a highly respected firm, handling more than 150,000 square feet of space a year.
