Art was raised in the Midwest and moved to Colorado over 20 years ago to embrace the lifestyle and mindset. He began his real estate career in 1999 as a real estate investor and a manager of a large portfolio of properties in Boulder County. During this time, he earned a master's degree in counseling at Colorado State University. His priority is to help you achieve what you want, be that finding a magnificent home or selling one you already own. He has a diverse real background including building spec homes in Boulder and Telluride, doing flips, owning residential and commercial investment properties, and even buying foreclosures at auction. After all that he knows homes and real estate inside and out. Now serving as your realtor and giving you the benefit of his 30 years of experience in Boulder County is his priority. Away from Real Estate he is an all-around cyclist and enjoys both road and mountain biking, He has tried all kinds of bike racing from cyclocross to riding fat bikes on snow at Brainerd lakes in the winter. He loves being outdoors in the mountains be it skiing, snowboarding, or hiking. These days he is also hooked on Pickleball. He attended CU in the 80's and his two sons who were born here are also CU graduates. One is still there in the physics department and the other is pursing graphic design.
