As a Real Estate consultant and sales specialist, Arthur has enjoyed helping hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully reach their goals, in both the RI & MA Real Estate markets throughout the years.

Prior to selling Real Estate, he successfully ran his own construction company for over 20 years and have built and remodeled hundreds of homes.
He first started investing in Real Estate in the 90's and started leveraging and building a multifamily investment portfolio of rental units for positive cash flow with a goal of having an additional stream of retirement income.

Always looking forward, and as a natural extension to the construction business and property management that he loved, he decided to dive straight into Real Estate Sales and received his License in 2004.

In short, he always brings a wealth of experience in all facets of the housing industry to his clients. Coupled with decades of combined home remodeling, construction, property management and Real Estate sales experience, this experience allows him to bring a valuable asset throughout the process, and to the closing table for his clients.

He believes that ongoing timely communications, coupled with accurate market updates, while staying on top of the complete sales process always provides the best possible experience for both his buyer and seller clients.
