We want to thank the The Nick Shivers Team. One of his realtors, Arthur Klassen, sold our house quickly and for a price we were comfortable with, at a time when houses don't sell that fast. We are very satisfied. Good advertising from the company and Arthur is a good specialist of his work. We liked everything how he worked throughout the entire transaction. He knows how to show the best sides of the house, so that buyers can see and make their choice. He knows how to negotiate well and finds the middle ground that suits both sellers and buyers.
