My husband & I had the pleasure of meeting Art on our journey to purchase our summer home. Our experience with Art was beyond our expectations. Art was ALWAYS available for us to come and see properties ( he even had other properties available to view so our trip down the shore was worth our time!!)and was ALWAYS available to answer a text or phone call. We are happy to recommend Art to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Our situation was very unique since Art represented us (the buyers) as well as the seller. We were new to the area, and required that extra TLC and hand-holding throughout the process. Art provided this and more.....We never felt like he was favoring the sellers over us. I have known Art for 25 plus years from our early careers in technology. One day I saw a house that Art had just sold on Long Beach Inland on social media. At the time, we were exploring different locations for a second home. After talking with Art several times, we made the trip to see a home in Brant Beach. After a couple of visits to the house, we determined that it was not to be. Art was completely understanding and supportive of our decision. He restarted the hunt for our house and was open to every potential listing we sent him. Being a couple of hours away, Art was our scout and eagerly researched homes before we drove down. On more than one occasion, Art spent hours showing us around LBI and describing individual characteristics of various areas of the island.

Once we found our home, Art was right there with us to ensure the deal went smoothly. We closed on the house in less than 40 days. Art worked diligently with the listing agent to ensure each of the hurdles were cleared quickly. At the closing, Art presented us with a unique gift to celebrate our new home.

Since we closed, Art continues to provide outstanding service. He has stopped by when we are not around to check on the house after storms for us. When we needed a handyman and plumber, he was right there with suggestions on who to contact to resolve our latest challenge.

Buying a house can be stressful and this was especially the case for my wife and I as first-time home buyers who were looking for a home to buy and move into before the arrival of our first child. Art took a lot of that stress away and really helped us have a great home-buying experience.
