We decided this winter to start the process for relocating from KY to SWF. We have been wintering here for several years. The gated golf course community had a high appeal. From our first internet contact with Arturo it just seemed to flow and the chemistry was great. We took several weeks to narrow our choices. We chose one to put in an offer... our offer not Arturo's. It was accepted and we closed within 10 days and the closing was seamless.

Arturo sold us a condo in 7 lakes community. He did the research to be able to narrow the search to 5 units ! Came out and went through the pros and cons of all of the units. We got down to 2 units and needed to go back and relook at them to make the final decision and he was very helpful . He negotiated with the seller and got us the very best deal. He made himself available for the inspection and appraisal and on the closing day to make sure that all went well. Great job would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house.

Arturo from the very beginning has been a take charge person, he went out of his way to please us always for our good, Arturo was never pushy he always said if you don't like the area or house he always said i have plenty more to show you . We live in new york and every few day we always get a text or phone call to see how we are doing, and i when i needed him to go by the property he always said no problem well get their in an hour or two to me thats a person that really cares. What can I say about Arturo? Just the best real estate agent I've ever encountered! I wish he sold cars too! Them guy is warm and friendly with a wealth of knowledge of not only every home he showed us but of all the community rules, regulations, tax basis and the general area which we were interest in.
