We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Arturo Gutierrez. We had actually met with another agent about buying our second home and we felt like that agent was not giving us the proper information. Therefore we did more research and called our good friend Arturo. He always answered every call or email no matter what time of day it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the “one”, Arturo walked us through every step of the negotiation. The processes went so smooth and before we knew it we were home owners to a second home!!

Arturo was great for us because we constantly had question about the process or when things would pop up. It didn’t matter what time I would call he would make time to either answer or let me know he would call me back and he always did within minutes. Arturo was such great help with the purchase of my first home. Coming into this experience I thought the process would be extremely overwhelming, Arturo made it so much easier by dedicating his time and always making himself available whenever I had questions! He always made sure everything was going smoothly and made sure to communicate with all parties involved to make sure we were all on the same page and everything was going smoothly. Everytime I hear someone I know is getting ready to buy or sell their home I always recommend Arturo if they haven’t found someone yet!
