With my negotiation power both residential and commercial real estate I'll make sure my clients get the best deal either selling or buying. I've learned to be very articulate and detailed in my analyses. With each and every client, I commit to understand their selling or buying goals and make sure they have all enough information they need to make their decisions. I fight for every dollar on my clients' behalf, and ensure that they are 100% satisfied when I close a transaction for them.
