I can't even begin to express our gratitude towards Ashley. From our very first encounter we knew that we chose the right agent to help us navigate buying our first home. Ashley was honest and patient. She was not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated. Ashley has been absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. She works harder than any realtor I’ve ever worked with. After switching back and forth between renting and buying quite a few times on her, she never gave up on us. She listens to everything, every detail, you want in a place and finds exactly what you want. On top of that, my schedule at the time was hard to work with but that didn’t stop Ashley from constantly making time for my family and I. She knows exactly what she’s doing in this field, her advice goes a long way. You truly gain a friend who cares about what your doing when working with Ashley.

My overall experience with Ms.Augustin was great. She is extremely knowledgeable,patient, and strategic in her approach when selling my home. She had a very specific plan and asked that I trust her approach. I was apprehensive at first but it definitely paid off! She was able to get me 55K over my asking price and 30 offers. I appreciate her kind and professional deamnor which made my experince smooth and effortless.
