Her knowledge about Prince Georges County and surrounding areas was most helpful. She made buying our first home an enjoyable and easy experience. I initially reached out to Ashley inquiring about renting. She was professional and began looking for properties she thought my husband and I would like. Well, I realized that the rent in the areas we were looking to live in was about 3100, so I decided to talk to Ashley about buying. With the switch of agenda, she rolled with the punches. We got pre-approved and found a home within literally a few weeks. Once we finished the walkthrough, I instructed Ashley to place an offer and from there literally, everything went soooo smoothly.
