Ashley Cooley

With a passion for real estate since an early age, this industry has always been a part of who Ashley is. She was brought up in an extensive line of real estate investors as well as a family run construction business. This family history led to Ashley assisting in projects at all levels of development and planning for both new construction and renovation of homes. After earning a degree in Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara, she started a five-year sales career at Facebook as an Account Manager. This is where Ashley learned the art of problem solving and negotiation while always maintaining an elevated level of professional customer service. The challenges that each deal presents can be resolved with creativity and experience; Ashley finds challenges to be energizing. Following her time in sales, Ashley returned to her roots and got involved in real estate full time, where she has happily remained for the past 10 years. Personally, Ashley has lived in Golden for the last six years with her partner, her two young children and her elderly chihuahua. Ashley currently is actively involved in a variety of toddler based social groups and activities and her partner is who she likes to refer to as the unofficial mayor of Golden. If you are reading this, it is likely you may already know Greg Hydle - Colorado native, Mines graduate and a continually active member of Golden community affairs. They enjoy skiing, hiking, boating and being involved in all that the charming little community has to offer!
