Ashley Dolan

Ashley graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2002 with a degree in Journalism and Political Science. She spent two years selling residential real estate in the Greater Boston Area. Upon moving back to the Bay Area, California in 2008, Ashley went to work in the affordable housing sector for HomeBricks, Inc. HomeBricks was the in-house sales team for the largest non-profit developer in the state of California, BRIDGE Housing. She worked as HomeBricks' stewardship, marketing and lending services coordinator from 2008-2012. In her time with HomeBricks she participated in the successful closing of over 280 residential housing units to first-time, low to moderate income homebuyers. She most recently worked at Marvin Gardens Real Estate in Berkeley from November 2012 - September 2013. Ashley was on a team with her mother, Kathie Berg, who is an owner there and has 30 years of Residential Sales experience herself. Ashley participated in the closing of nine listings in the 10 months that she worked there. Although Ashley and her mother were having a blast working together, and was sad to move on, she is thrilled to be working at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate West Seattle Office.
